According to TMZ, Justin Timberlake’s 53-year-old aunt, Jane Harless, was arrested by Tennessee police after she allegedly stole over $64,000 from Justin’s mother, Lynn, and his step-father, Paul, who is actually her brother. Jane’s alleged criminal deed reportedly came in the form of a check forging scheme, through which she wrote over 100 bad checks, signing her brother’s name. Investigators believe that Jane wrote checks to herself, stealing more than $64,000 from the Cry Me A River singer’s parents between 2011 and 2013.
According to reports, Jane used to work for Justin’s step-dad prior to 2011, but the siblings professionally parted ways for unspecified reasons. Justin has yet to publicly comment on the allegations.
